"Paint Chipped Right Away, Hook Bent"
I bought a couple of these jigs what a joke. After just one trip, the paint was already chipping off, and one of the hooks bent on a regular walleye — not even a big one. For the price, I definitely expected better quality. I won’t be ordering these again

"Stock info was way off"
I ordered a few jigs from northlandtackle.com because they showed as in stock, paid for everything, got the confirmation email, and figured I was all set lol.
A couple days later, I got another email saying most of the order was actually out of stock. Frustrating since I needed them for a trip and could’ve just ordered somewhere else. The site really shouldn’t let people buy stuff they don’t actually have.

"Not a whole lot to choose from"
It felt like the same stuff no matter where I looked. There were a few options, but not many that actually seemed worth it, so... yeah, kind of disappointing.
"Wrong items, messy packing, and no clear next steps"
I ordered a few jigs and plastics from Northland Fishing Tackle, and it was a frustrating experience. About half of what showed up wasn’t what I picked, the colors were wrong, and one pack was missing completely. The box was barely taped shut, and everything was just thrown in loose, so a couple of the packages ended up crushed. I paid for shipping and then had to deal with sorting out the mess, which is annoying enough, but what made it worse was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next to get it fixed. I don’t want to chase down a solution for an order that should’ve been packed right in the first place. I probably won’t order again

"Prices feel higher than they need to be"
It just didn’t feel worth the price to me. I get that costs go up, but this felt like something preventable if the pricing was a little more reasonable.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I was just trying to check out, but the site kept freezing over and over. whoever runs this needs to fix it because it made the whole process way more frustrating than it should’ve been

"Worst ever experience"
Had to reach out several times to locate my order. Couldn't reach a real person. So Had to reach out by email only to be told that they are conducting an inventory so orders are delayed. After the last email stating I want a refund and no longer want to do business with them. Then suddenly my order was shipped with tracking number. Placed order on January 11th 26. Now it's January 27th 26 and still waiting. Never, never will I order from them again.

"Shipping took way too long and updates were unclear"
I’m still waiting on my order, and it’s been really frustrating. The shipping is taking forever, but what’s even more annoying is the lack of clear communication. I don’t mind delays if someone actually explains what’s going on, but I’ve just been left guessing. Not a reliable experience.

"Customer service never really got back to me"
I tried reaching out to northlandtackle.com about an issue with my order it was frustrating. I sent an email, waited a few days, then sent another one and, yeah, still no helpful reply. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a straight answer. I do like some of their products, but based on this experience, their customer service really needs work.
